By downloading Trivia4Teams application an user accepts the terms and conditions, intangible rights, privacy policy and the disclaimer as presented on this page. If the user does not accept these, the user should stop using Trivia4Teams and remove the application.
Trivia4Teams is an application developed by a private person (Nissi Devices brand) as a hobby for personal use, and is not covered by the Consumer Protection Act. Trivia4Teams is also made available for public in Google Play. Nissi Devices does not represent any company or official business. Trivia4Teams is available as a consumer-to-consumer free application, or alternatively as a paid Premium one-time purchase application. The premium version's nominal compensation is intended to cover testing costs and develop Trivia4Teams even better.
Modifications to terms and conditions
The terms and conditions, the privacy policy and other matters presented on the page may be updated from time to time without any separate notice to the user. We recommend that you visit the site regularly to stay informed of any changes. The changes are presented in the chapter "Updates to the terms and conditions".
Immaterial rights
Disclaimer
Trivia4Teams is not covered by any warranty. The full functionality cannot be guaranteed with any device since the test coverage has been lower than in commercial applications typically. This applies for free and paid version of the Trivia4Teams. Based on the circumstances described above, an user takes personal financial risk (of the purchase price) when purchasing the Trivia4Teams, and accepts that Nissi Devices will not return the purchase price in case of poorly performing Trivia4Teams application. Trivia4Teams is provided "as is" and "as available" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. In case of problems, please contact Nissi Devices (nissidevices@gmail.com) and describe the problem in detail. Nissi Devices strives to respond to inquiries within three business days.
Nissi Devices is not responsible for any direct or indirect expense, loss or damage, including, among other things, loss of turnover, income or profit, interruption of operations or loss of data caused by the use or interruption of use of Trivia4Teams. Nissi Devices is also not responsible for any losses or damages caused by computer system or communication failures or errors or malware, nor for any website or material belonging to a third party. In the event if Trivia4Teams is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall ave the right to refuse or cancel any orders made.
Nissi Devices is not responsible for indirect damages caused to the user, such as loss of income or damages between the user and a third party. Nissi Devices has all rights to upgrade or remove Trivia4Teams in Google Play without any further notice .
Unauthorized use
You may not use the application in any way that violates the law or good practice.
PRIVACY POLICY
Application data
Trivia4Teams transfers data (questions, answers, attendee/trivia names, joining/edit codes) between an app and the Google server. Data transit is encrypted using HTTPS and data is logically isolated customer data. Data in Google server is accecable if the joining/edit codes are shared by the trivia host. Trivia4Teams also saves temporary application data in the internal memory of the user's device. Third-party services cannot access this information. If the application is deleted, all stored data will be deleted permanently.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR Trivia4Teams BETA VERSION USERS: Users should not create trivia which contain confidential data, since data is not protected in the server. Theoretically the data can be accessible and editable by 3rd party, although it is unlikely.
Data collection
The application uses third-party services (Google Play) that may collect information that is used to identify you.
